At Darnell Fitness and Wellbeing we have a passion for fitness and nutrition. Following a healthy balanced diet and exercise programme can make you feel better, provide you with more energy, give you a greater degree of confidence, reduce stress and may lower the risk of many illnesses.

Whatever your goals, we can help you to get there. We offer personal training and nutrition advice to our clients, regardless of fitness level or ultimate goal. This can be done either on a one to one basis, with a partner or in a small group. We also run weekly circuit-based bootcamp classes, both indoors and outside.
