Your food is your fuel and works hand in hand with any training that you do.  They are partners and cannot work in isolation! Whatever your aim, whether you are returning from an injury, training for a particular event or challenge, you are pre or post-natal, encountering the peri-menopause/menopause, have dietary restrictions, are working to increase your strength or have body composition goals, we will work with you to ensure that you are eating the optimum diet to complement your objectives.


Good nutrition truly isn’t about calorie restriction, this will simply leave you exhausted, feeling weak and tired (and in the long term can cause systemic issues and injuries). Instead our services concentrate on ensuring your diet is fuelling and nourishing you, rather than depleting you, and helping you to achieve your goals.
