At Darnell Fitness and Wellbeing we have a passion for wellbeing, fitness and nutrition. Taking good care of your mental and physical health can help you to feel happier and perform to your optimum in all areas of your life.
We work with people to help them understand more about how to achieve better mental and physical health. There are three core pillars to what we do:
- Coaching – helping you to realise your goals and be the best version of yourself.
- Exercise programmes – via personal training, exercise routines and group classes we help you get fitter and feel more energised. In addition we can work with you to help with particular issues such as with rehab, pre and post natal, the menopause or pelvic floor issues.
- Nutrition – supporting you to achieve a balanced diet can make you feel better, provide you with more energy, give you a greater degree of confidence, reduce stress and may lower the risk of many illnesses.
