Get in touch to book any of the following personal sessions that run Monday-Friday daytime.

  • One-to-one and ‘buddy’ sessions
  • Personal training, pelvic floor training
  • Peri-menopause/menopause training
  • Core stability
  • Rehab sessions held at the studio


 For any group classes see the timings below

  • Monday 7:30pm-8:30pm - Circuit training class (held at a local community club)
  • Thursday 9:00am-10:00am - Circuit training class (held at a local park)
  • Friday 8:00am-9:00am - Kettlebell class via Zoom
